believe in making a
big difference for a
small number of carefully
selected clients rather
than a small difference
for many clients. New
clients are constantly
amazed by the individual
care and attention they
receive. In addition
to having an agency
principal as their personal
contact, each client
is also assigned a highly-trained account manager.
We take pride in the
fact that each of our
account managers, on
average, is assigned
to only 30 clients,
permitting them to devote
approximately 69 hours
annually to each of
them. This compares
to a typical agency
whose account representatives
usually service 220
to 340 clients or only
between 6 to 9 hours
annually per client,
as reported in the National
Alliance Research Academy’s
Growth and Performance
Study. This allows our
account managers the
opportunity to better
understand their clients’
needs and to meet with
them on a regular basis
to inform them of various
insurance and risk management
